MetroPCS, Ford, Mercedes Sued Again Over Call Locator IP

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 6:16 PM EST) -- Tendler Cellular of Texas LLC on Tuesday launched a second lawsuit against MetroPCS Communications Inc., Ford Motor Co. and Mercedes-Benz USA LLC over their alleged infringement of the company's patent for wireless location identification.

The suit in Texas federal court claims the three companies, as well as MetroPCS subsidiary MetroPCS Wireless Inc., are directly infringing four claims of U.S. Patent Number 8,060,117 through their wireless location systems.
