Ex-PPG Exec Pleads Guilty In Pakistan Paint Supply Case

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 9:20 PM EST) -- A former PPG Paints Trading Co. Ltd. executive pled guilty Tuesday in Washington federal court to charges stemming from her alleged role in the export of paint to a nuclear power plant in Pakistan without U.S. approval.

Xun Wang, a Chinese national and U.S. resident who served as managing director of architectural coatings at the Shanghai-based PPG Industries Inc. subsidiary, pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
