Philips Can’t Shake Motorola’s Suit In LCD Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 4:12 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss Motorola Mobility Inc.’s antitrust suit against Philips Electronics North America Corp., saying Motorola had sufficiently alleged that the electronics company belongs in a multidistrict litigation alleging price-fixing in the thin-film transistor liquid crystal display market.
