Allstate Lowballed Wildfire Damage Claims: Suit

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 3:49 PM EST) -- A California couple launched a putative class action in state court Monday accusing Allstate Insurance Co. of intentionally lowballing and unreasonably delaying payment of smoke damage claims arising from a massive 2009 wildfire near Los Angeles.
