Northrop’s 2nd Suit Over $3M ICE Software Contract Nixed

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 3:34 PM EST) -- A U.S. Court of Federal Claims judge on Wednesday tossed Northrop Grumman Computing Systems Inc.’s second complaint over the government’s alleged breach of a software contract, finding a contracting officer’s denial of the claim, which allowed Northrop to file its complaint, was invalid.
