Boies Schiller Hangs On To $5M In Fees In Vegas Mall Row

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 4:47 PM EST) -- A New York state judge refused Thursday to vacate an arbitrator's decision that Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP can keep $5 million in legal fees stemming from a dispute over the sale of a developer’s stake in a Las Vegas shopping mall.
