Ex-West End CEO Pleads Guilty To $9M Securities Fraud

Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 10:00 PM EST) -- The former chairman and CEO of the bankrupt New York-based West End Financial Advisors LLC pled guilty Friday to one count of securities fraud for his role in a $8.7 million investment scheme, U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said.

William Landberg, 59, faces up to 20 years in prison and a $5 million fine, according to the U.S. attorney. Landberg is scheduled for sentencing March 16.
