Immigration Lawyers Plan Suit For Visa Botch Up

Law360, New York (July 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A national group of immigration lawyers plans to launch a class action against the federal government, claiming that it pulled a “bait and switch” on thousands of immigrant workers who waited years to obtain green cards.
