Ill. Village Wants Out Of Zurich's Wiretap Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 7:35 PM EST) -- An Illinois village asked a federal court Monday to dismiss Zurich Specialties London Ltd.'s claims against the village regarding coverage duties in an underlying class action over alleged wiretaps, saying its settlement with two other insurers made the allegations moot.
