Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 7:52 PM EST) -- The similarities between the chorus of Kanye West's hit “Stronger” and that of a song with the same name by a Virginia rapper who sued West for copyright infringement all stem from a maxim of Friedrich Nietzsche's, attorneys for West said in a Seventh Circuit brief Monday.
