Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 9:16 PM EST) -- Former commodities customers of MF Global Inc. are slated to argue in New York bankruptcy court Tuesday for the appointment of a committee to represent them in the liquidation of the broker-dealer — a move that the U.S. trustee's office says would be improper.
