Microsoft Wins Denial Of Nationwide Class In Zune Suit

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 4:12 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge ruled Monday that a suit over defects in Microsoft Corp.’s Zune MP3 player's display screen could not proceed as a nationwide class action, while deferring a ruling on whether to certify a New Jersey-wide class.
