Mogul Ted Field Says Film Co. Stolen In Takeover Plot

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 9:03 PM EST) -- Movie mogul Frederick "Ted" Field on Friday accused a group of former associates of hatching an elaborate scheme to take over his film production company Radar Pictures Inc. and force it into bankruptcy in a multimillion-dollar California state lawsuit.
