FCC Raises New Hurdle For AT&T's T-Mobile Takeover

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 6:59 PM EST) -- AT&T Inc. on Tuesday encountered yet another potential roadblock to its $39 billion bid to acquire rival telecom T-Mobile USA Inc. with the Federal Communications Commission's chairman calling for an administrative hearing to examine the deal.
