University Buys $47M Building To House Dentistry School

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- The University of the Pacific has paid $47 million for a seven-story building in San Francisco and plans to invest another $104 million in the structure to relocate its dentistry school to the site, the university said Tuesday.

A firm called CDC/TMG 155 Fifth Street Associates LLC sold the former Wells Fargo & Co. office building to the university, according to the statement.
