Clashing Over China's Internet Great Wall

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 11:56 AM EST) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk announced on Oct. 20, 2011, that the United States, pursuant to World Trade Organization rules, is requesting that China provide more information on its Internet restrictions. More than a month passed with the Chinese media and public paying the request little attention.
