Trump Hotel, Vegas Condo Buyers Settle Securities Action

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 1:41 PM EST) -- A Nevada federal judge on Tuesday signed off on a settlement between the owners of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas and a proposed class of condo buyers in the 64-story building who alleged their purchase agreements were actually investment securities.

The terms of the settlement weren't disclosed. A Trump spokesman welcomed the end of the case, and attorneys for the plaintiffs didn't immediately respond to requests for comment Wednesday.
