Army Blasts $1B Contract Protest Over Spreadsheet Blanks

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 2:54 PM EST) -- The federal government on Tuesday asked the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to toss Orion Technology Inc.'s bid protest over a shared $983 million contract for the U.S. Army, attacking the contractor's claims that the Army should have filled in the blanks on Orion's bid spreadsheets.
