Shareholder Sues Ralph Lauren Over Excessive Exec Pay

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 2:36 PM EST) -- A Florida pension fund filed a shareholder derivative suit in New York state court Tuesday seeking to recover money it says Ralph Lauren Corp. wrongfully paid to the designer, his family and other executives in unwarranted bonuses and excessive salaries.
