Feds Want Misconduct Claims Barred In La. Mayor's Case

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 4:47 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors on Wednesday asked a judge to bar the mention of any alleged investigator misconduct or other potential jury-baiting information during criminal proceedings against George Grace, the former mayor of St. Gabriel, La., who has been charged with taking bribes for government contracts.
