MF Global's UK Clients Could See Cash By Spring

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 12:42 PM EST) -- MF Global UK Ltd.'s administrators plan to return some client funds frozen in the U.S. parent's bankruptcy by the end of March, they said Monday.

MF Global customers will be permitted to submit claims between Dec. 8 and March 30, according to administrators Richard Fleming, Richard Heis and Mike Pink of KPMG LLP. The payouts will depend on the total claims and how much money the administrators are able to wrench free from third-party institutions.
