Supreme Court To Rule On GSK Reps' OT Status

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 1:12 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Monday to consider whether GlaxoSmithKline PLC drug sales representatives are entitled to overtime pay will mark the first time the court has ruled on any of the so-called white collar exemptions to the federal wage law and will settle a debate over how much deference courts should give to briefs by regulators.
