Fox Station Can't Beat All Claims Over Ice Cream Piece

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 7:29 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday refused to toss a defamation suit against a local Fox TV affiliate concerning a story on allegedly misleading health claims about D'Lites Emporium Inc. ice cream, while dismissing the suit's tortious interference claims.
