GAO Blames FedEx Driver For ERC's Late Air Force Bid

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 7:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office earlier this month denied a protest from ERC Inc. over the U.S. Air Force's rejection of an engineering and technology services proposal from the company, ruling the government was not mostly at fault for a FedEx Corp. driver's late delivery of the bid.
