Government Hit With Visa Class Action

Law360 (July 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Polish woman who applied over three years ago for a permanent skilled worker visa has launched a proposed class action against the federal government for first announcing that green cards would be available this month, then refusing to accept petitions.
