Contractor Asks 7th Circ. To Revive Chicago Contract Row

Law360, Chicago (November 29, 2011, 4:19 PM EST) -- An attorney for Chicago United Industries Ltd. told the Seventh Circuit on Tuesday that the supplier's suit against the city of Chicago should be revived, arguing there is ample evidence showing that the city unlawfully breached contracts and otherwise damaged CUI's business.
