Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 12:44 PM EST) -- The Coca-Cola Co. and drink producer Johanna Foods Inc. on Tuesday settled an unfair competition, trade dress and patent infringement suit in Georgia federal court that alleged Johanna copied the packaging for Coca-Cola's “Simply” line of juice products.
U.S. District Judge Charles A. Pannell Jr. approved a stipulated order of dismissal in which the parties agreed to drop the suit in its entirety and bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
