Transocean Dodges Deepwater Subpoenas For Now

Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 8:12 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked several subpoenas the federal government had issued Transocean Ltd. in its probe of toxic chemical releases during the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, pending a judicial panel's decision on whether to merge the matter with related multidistrict litigation.
