Ephedra Plaintiff Fights Herbalife's Bid To Bar Info

Law360, New York (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A plaintiff in the multidistrict product liability litigation over ephedra diet pills has lashed back at Herbalife International Inc.'s bid to bar product testing data concerning whether one of the company's products contained the stimulant, arguing that the information could affect punitive damages in the case.
