Plaintiffs' Expert Testimony Struck From Baycol Case

Law360 (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing the vast multidistrict litigation over cholesterol-lowering drug Baycol on Monday granted the requests of defendants Bayer AG and GlaxoSmithKline to exclude certain testimony of ten proposed expert witnesses presented by the plaintiffs.
