More Rajaratnam Cronies May Be Charged: Prosecutors

Law360, New York (December 2, 2011, 5:07 PM EST) -- Prosecutors may bring charges against additional individuals in the widening insider trading probe that brought down Galleon Group LLC co-founder Raj Rajaratnam, according to court papers filed Thursday in New York.

U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman agreed to delay the sentencing for cooperating witness Roomy Khan from Dec. 5 until March 1 after prosecutors said Khan was still working with them "in connection with the investigation of at least one individual who has not yet been charged."
