FBI Escapes Most Of Contractor’s $2.3M Wage Claim

Law360, New York (December 5, 2011, 6:51 PM EST) -- The U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals late last month ruled in favor of the FBI in a protest by business-support contractor CTI Global Solutions Inc., which had sought $2.33 million in compensation for government-mandated wage increases.
