Law360, New York (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A plaintiff who is seeking to add medical malpractice claims against a doctor to his product liability lawsuit over Guidant Corp.'s allegedly defective implantable heart defibrillators has moved to remand the case to state court.
