AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Oppose "Do Over"

Law360 (July 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- AstraZeneca LP and Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. have asked a judge to reject plaintiffs' request that the court award them an additional year's worth of damages, pointing out that the group's earlier quest to prove the degree of alleged harm had already failed.

On Monday, the pharmaceutical companies fired back at the plaintiffs, arguing that they were attempting to get away with a "do-over" through their reconsideration motion filed last Thursday.
