Law360, New York (July 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that there was a “question of law or fact in common” between the civil multidistrict litigation over collusion in the LCD industry and a criminal grand jury investigation, a court on Tuesday granted the U.S. Department of Justice's request to limit discovery in the civil case.
“The court further finds that the government has jurisdictional grounds to intervene, and that the motion is timely,” the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said.
