Beyonce Can't Dance Out Of Video Game Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 5:01 PM EST) -- A New York state judge refused Tuesday to toss a video game designer’s multimillion-dollar suit claiming singer Beyonce violated the terms of a contract when she “abruptly” walked away from a game project.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos denied a motion to dismiss by Beyonce Knowles-Carter, known as Beyonce, to dismiss Gate Five LLC's suit. Explanation for Judge Ramos’ decision was not supplied.
