Ice Co. Antitrust Qui Tam Suit A Retread Of MDL: Judge

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 6:59 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a whistleblower's suit alleging his former employer conspired with other ice companies to overcharge the government, saying he hadn't told the government anything that couldn't have been gleaned in related price-fixing multidistrict litigation.
