Power Line Can't Zap Overtime Class Action

Law360, New York (December 7, 2011, 8:08 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday refused to toss a putative Fair Labor Standards Act class action accusing electrical construction company Power Line Services Inc. of making improper paycheck deductions and failing to pay overtime wages.
