Buyer Can't Add Claims Over Staten Island Property Deal

Law360, New York (December 8, 2011, 3:29 PM EST) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday upheld a lower court's determination that the buyer of 20 acres of oceanfront Staten Island property cannot add fraud and other claims to its lawsuit alleging the sellers hid problems with a seawall on the property.
