Red Flags Were Raised On Gabon Military Deal: Co-Worker

Law360, Washington (December 8, 2011, 7:27 PM EST) -- A colleague of two military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials told a Washington federal jury Thursday that he was suspicious about the legality of the Gabon deal and had expressed his concerns to one of the executives.
