Kmart Loss Prevention Managers Sue Over OT

Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 4:53 PM EST) -- A pair of former Kmart Holding Corp. loss prevention managers lodged a putative class action Friday, accusing the retailer of failing to pay its employees proper overtime compensation in violation of New York labor laws.

Edward Gardner and Mary Jo Ceratt, both of whom worked as loss prevention managers at New York Kmart locations, filed a complaint in New York federal court alleging violations of state law.
