DSE Pushes For Whistleblower Deposition In FCA Suit

Law360, New York (December 12, 2011, 9:38 PM EST) -- DSE Fuzing LLC and four others accused of a scheme to sell defective grenades to the U.S. Army sought Monday to force the ex-DSE employee bringing the False Claims Act suit to submit to a deposition of up to 28 hours.
