Fox May Bring Fraud Suit Against Int'l Distributor: Judge

Law360, Los Angeles (December 12, 2011, 7:04 PM EST) -- A California federal judge suggested on Monday that Twentieth Century Fox International Corp. will be allowed to sue the owner of a majority stake in a shell company that allegedly breached an international film distribution contract and bilked the film studio out of at least $3 million in revenues.
