Boeing, Brek Can't Dodge Ex-Auditor's False Claims Suit

Law360, Chicago (December 13, 2011, 5:11 PM EST) -- A Missouri federal judge on Monday shot down motions by The Boeing Co. and subcontractor Brek Manufacturing Co. to dismiss on procedural grounds a False Claims Act suit alleging they cost the government millions by submitting inflated prices for heavy lift aircraft.
