Pax Fights Afghan Partner Over Control Of Security Unit

Law360, New York (December 13, 2011, 8:06 PM EST) -- Security services provider Pax Mondial Ltd. sued an Afghan company Tuesday in Virginia over its alleged breach of a purchase agreement, claiming the company's obstinacy was hurting Pax Mondial's reputation in government contracts circles and elsewhere.

Afghan Resources Group, its purported parent company, Resources & Solutions LLC, and R&S CEO Nadim Amin have not honored the controlling share Pax Mondial acquired in September 2010 in Afghan Resources Group Security, according to a complaint filed in federal court by the company and several related entities.
