Academy Loses Bid For Emails In GoDaddy IP Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (December 13, 2011, 7:52 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday rejected a request by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences to search the emails of five Inc. executives in its lawsuit accusing the Web hosting company of illegally profiting from its Academy Awards trademarks.
