Blackstone, Hotel Chef Cook Up Deal To End OT Action

Law360, New York (December 15, 2011, 2:21 PM EST) -- A chef at The London NYC's hotel restaurant reached a settlement Wednesday with the hotel's parent Blackstone Group Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries, ending a proposed collective action in New York federal court alleging the hospitality company failed to pay employees overtime wages.
