Gabon FCPA Judge Mulls Nixing Key Testimony

Law360, Washington (December 14, 2011, 7:51 PM EST) -- The Washington federal judge overseeing the trial of six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials said Wednesday that he would decide Thursday morning whether to scrap the testimony of a government cooperating witness.

Prosecutors allege John Mushriqui, Jeana Mushriqui, R.
