Dutch Court Clears Way For ABN Amro Sale

Law360, New York (July 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a boost for Barclays PLC, the Dutch Supreme Court has tossed out an earlier ruling that tried to derail a key sale in the proposed merger agreement between ABN Amro Bank NV and the British financial giant, moving the deal one step closer to completion.
