Insurer Wants A Pass In Steelers T-Shirt Patent Row

Law360, New York (December 16, 2011, 6:20 PM EST) -- American Economy Insurance Co. asked a Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday to declare that it does not owe coverage to Eugene Berry Enterprises LLC, which lost a trademark suit to the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers and a Pennsylvania nonprofit over Berry's Steelers-fan-oriented "Terrible T-shirt."
